The Finishing Touch is a unique and totally independent freelance after sales consultancy business which was founded by Olivia Hackett and Chris Dean.
Since moving to Spain some years ago, Olivia and Chris have both worked for large estate agencies on the Costa Blanca/ Calida and have gained valuable knowledge and experience of both the buying process right through to the after sales procedure. During this time they have also built an extensive network of reliable and trustworthy business contacts, suppliers and tradesmen. As a result of this, their portfolio of services continues to grow, and The Finishing Touch can be hired to undertake any service that their client requires on either an hourly, half daily or full day rate basis.
The Finishing Touch remain completely independent in that we are not tied to any one provider of a service that our clients may require, and are completely at liberty to take our clients exactly where they would like to go. Of the many services we offer, this could range from assisting them in furnishing their new property, a familiarisation trip of the local area, to an afternoon shopping in one of the local shopping centers. We have found from our experiences that it is more beneficial to use a number of specialised reputable suppliers rather than one supplier offering the one stop option. Not only does this provide better value and a wider choice, but a higher level of customer service as you, the client, will be dealing with specialists within their chosen field.
As a small business we pride ourselves on our excellent level of service, and take great satisfaction in providing the personal touch that is so often lacking when dealing with larger companies.
